In 1988, two family-owned companies — the Morgan family from the United States and the Koch family from Germany — combined their expertise to manufacture high-quality wire drawing machines. With Koch’s decades of experience in cold rolling and stretching equipment, they quickly set new standards in mechanical engineering for the structural steel industry.

In 2020, we began an exciting new chapter when MFL Group acquired 51% of Morgan-Koch Corporation, and Mr. Kozlowski acquired the remaining 49%. This partnership expanded our capabilities and our reach, allowing us to meet the growing demand for complete process solutions. Today, our team brings extensive hands-on experience with both KMT and MFL equipment, giving our customers more options and greater expertise than ever before.
